Causeworth founder Jason M. Jenkins, started the organization after experiencing the power of investing in a worthy cause. After witnessing the opening of a school in Ghana, Africa-enabled by his donations-Jenkins was struck by the power of charitable support. Wanting to share this experience with others, Jenkins took over a decade of financial expertise and developed Causeworth Insurance.

Jason M. Jenkins is a visionary entrepreneur who incorporates a "giving back" philosophy in his businesses and his life.

As the CEO and founder of Causeworth Insurance, Jenkins brings to the company his successful financial and business strategies and extensive business experience with large and small organizations and nonprofits.

Recognized as an above average business leader, Jenkins has the distinction for a second year of being selected as a 2009 Five Star Wealth Manager by San Diego Magazine. Jenkins ranked high on the survey evaluations on nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.

In 2005 Jenkins embarked on a mesmerizing journey that has changed not only his world, but the lives of many across the planet. Jenkins became CEO and VP of the Board of Directors of the International Institute for Human Factor Development (USA), Inc. (IIFHD), a nonprofit company building the Human Factor Leadership Academy in Akatsi, Ghana, Africa. Working with IIFHD’s President and Founder Senyo Adjibolosoo, Jenkins has been instrumental in securing the grounds, getting the buildings ready and preparing for a fall 2009 opening of the school. Raised in California, Jenkins earned a BS degree at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, and an MBA at Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego, CA. With extensive financial knowledge and a deep desire to help others, his leadership continues to inspire others. Jenkins is married and has two children.
